Responsibilities include designing and delivering credit union specific systems training, while providing support to the operations staff as needed. Additional responsibilities include research, problem solving, and special projects related to training and operations. Typical shifts are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The successful candidate must be flexible to work shifts between 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays as needed for training purposes. This position requires a two-year degree or a minimum of two years of related experience with progressively responsible duties. Ability to provide a high level of service, excellent organization skills, oral and written communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills and personal computer skills required.
