Responsibilities include overseeing the business lending department and supporting the department and credit union’s strategic directions with significant focus on credit analysis for business and agriculture loans. Additional responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of various loan programs, developing and monitoring department budget, and maintaining a continuity plan for the department. This position will also manage the sales function for business and agricultural transactions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business and agricultural credit analysis, portfolio monitoring and credit management. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minimum of 5 years related experience, preferably with 3 or more years of supervisory or management experience.
